The office supports the work of coordination committee as well as the administrative work of the chairperson/spokesperson. The office is the point of contact for the center in all questions and concerns about financial funding of research projects and additional services, as compiled in the following list:
• Performance of administrative tasks
• Coordination of calls for tenders for financial funding of research projects
• Cooperation with departments and institutes within and outside JGU
• Communication with partners, both internal and external ones
• Information about promotion & financial funding measures
• Financial planning and budgeting
• Planning and organization of events
• Public relations (homepage, newsletter, etc.)
