The coordination committee consists of representatives from the founding institutes (Institute of Educational Research, Institute of Sociology, Institute of Psychology, and the Center for Quality Assurance and Development) and of other members of these institutes. The coordination committee appoints a chairperson/spokesperson, who is in charge of managing day-to-day administrative and operational activities; the committee also appoints a vice-chairperson/vice-spokesperson. Tasks and responsibilities of the coordination committee include providing strategic direction, managing the use of allocated financial funds, deciding on new memberships, deciding on applications for financial funding of projects, organizing regular meetings of all members, and compiling the annually required accountability report.
